HOW DO I TRACK MY CLIENT RESERVATIONS IN FAIRMONT FAMOUS?
|

Just tell us your Fairmont FAmous number at the time of reservation, and your points will
automatically be added to your Fairmont FAmous account approximately 10 days after your client
checks out. You’ll earn 1 point per qualified room night.
|
|
| |
|
• Reservations booked through the GDS: Enter FA + your
six-digit Fairmont FAmous number in the Special Instructions
(SI) field. Ex: FA123456.
|
|
|
• Reservations booked online through www.fairmont.com:
Enter FA + your six-digit Fairmont FAmous number in the
Fairmont FAmous field. Ex: FA123456.
|
|
|
• Reservations booked through Fairmont’s Global
Reservation Centre: Quote your six-digit Fairmont FAmous
number to your reservation agent.
|
|
|
• Reservations booked through wholesale channels:
Wholesale reservations must be manually tracked in the
Fairmont FAmous booking tracker. Simply log in to your
account and click “submit my wholesale bookings”, and you
will be directed to the Wholesale Reservations page, where
you can submit up to six reservations at once.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY FAIRMONT FAMOUS POINTS
FOR A FREE NIGHT FOR MYSELF?
|

When you are ready to redeem your Fairmont FAmous points for a free night, just follow these
simple steps:
|
| |
|
• Call 1 866 840 8085 (toll-free in North America) or 1 506 877 3194 (international) to check
availability for the dates you have selected, advise the reservation agent that you wish to use Fairmont
FAmous reward certificates for your stay, and make a reservation.
|
| |
|
• Once your reservation has been confirmed, login to your Fairmont FAmous account, and click
“redeem my points”. You will be directed to the Fairmont FAmous Redemption Centre, where you
must enter your reservation confirmation number and submit the online form to request your
certificate for a complimentary night.
|
| |
|
• Your Fairmont FAmous reward certificate will be emailed to you one week prior to your arrival.
|

You may redeem points for a maximum of two consecutive nights per hotel; additional nights may be booked at
the Fairmont FAmous member-only rate (subject to availability), or at the rate of the day. Fairmont FAmous
certificates are non-transferable and may only be applied to the room occupied by the Fairmont FAmous member.
Travel agent identification must be presented at check-in. |
